PRIVACY POLICY

WHAT WE COLLECT

When you use the Will Power Protocols platform, we may collect:

• — Protocol inputs — age, weight, biological sex, goal, health conditions, diet type, and other information you provide when generating a protocol. This is stored anonymously unless you create an account.
• — Will Power Score inputs — sleep, training, recovery, and metabolic questionnaire answers used to calculate your score and biological age, if you create an account and complete the assessment.
• — Lab results — if you upload a bloodwork PDF (Quest, LabCorp, etc.), we extract the values, flagged ranges, and a summary using AI and store those extracted values to your account. Tier 1+ feature.
• — Genetic report data — if you upload a genetic/nutrigenomic report (NutritionGenome, SelfDecode, 23andMe, etc.), we extract relevant variants and supplement/nutrition implications using AI and store those to your account. Tier 2 feature. We treat this as sensitive personal information. Lab and genetic uploads require you to actively check a consent box before the document is processed.
• — Email address — if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter or create an account.
• — Session data — an anonymous session identifier stored in your browser to track usage patterns and enforce free-tier limits.
• — Usage data — pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns, collected via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (see Third-Party Services below).

WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT OR DO

• — We do not store raw PDF files of any kind, including bloodwork or genetic reports. Any uploaded documents are processed, data is extracted, and the original file is discarded immediately — never written to disk or cloud storage.
• — We do not sell your data to third parties.
• — We do not use your health or genetic information for advertising.
• — Pages displaying your lab results, genetic data, Will Power Score, biological age, and generated protocols/training plans are excluded from session-recording capture (Microsoft Clarity) — that content is masked before it ever leaves your browser.
• — Medications you enter are used only to generate your protocol. If you create an account, they may be saved to your profile to pre-fill future protocols — you can delete this anytime (see Your Rights below).

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• — To generate your personalized protocol, training plan, Will Power Score, and biological age via the Claude AI model (Anthropic)
• — To extract structured values from lab and genetic report PDFs you upload, via the same Claude AI model
• — To send you newsletter content if you subscribe (via Beehiiv)
• — To improve the platform by understanding which goals, conditions, and inputs are most common
• — To enforce free-tier usage limits and tier-based feature access

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following third-party services:

• — Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes your protocol inputs and any uploaded lab/genetic report PDFs to generate recommendations and extract values. Subject to Anthropic's API privacy and data usage terms.
• — Supabase — database storage for protocol, score, lab, genetic, and account data. Hosted on AWS, encrypted at rest and in transit.
• — Google Analytics — anonymized usage and traffic analytics.
• — Microsoft Clarity — session-replay and heatmap analytics to understand site usage. Pages showing personal health, genetic, or protocol data are masked and excluded from recording.
• — Beehiiv — email marketing for newsletter subscribers.
• — Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions. We never store your payment card information.
• — Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.

The protocols generated by this platform are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult your physician before beginning any new exercise, nutrition, or supplement regimen — particularly if you have existing health conditions or take medications. Will Power Protocols makes no medical claims.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data — protocols, Will Power Scores, lab results, genetic data, and profile information — at any time from Dashboard → Account → Delete My Account & Data. This also cancels any active subscription. You do not need to contact us first, though you're welcome to.

California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of certain uses of sensitive personal information (which includes health and genetic data).

Washington residentshave rights under the My Health My Data Act regarding consumer health data, including the right to withdraw consent and request deletion. Because of this law, we currently ask Washington residents to confirm their location before using lab upload, genetic report upload, or the full Will Power Score assessment (Protocol Member and Protocol Pro). The free 5-factor preview is calculated entirely in your browser and is never sent to or stored on our servers, so it isn't gated the same way.

European residents have rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data.

DATA RETENTION

We impose no minimum retention period on any of your data. We retain account data, protocol history, Will Power Scores, lab results, and genetic data only for as long as your account is active, so they remain available to you across sessions. Deleting your account (see Your Rights above) immediately and permanently removes it from our live database. We also maintain periodic full-database backups for disaster recovery, retained for a maximum of 30 days — a backup taken before your deletion may briefly still contain your data until that backup ages out and is automatically discarded; it is never restored to the live site or accessed for any other purpose. We never retain the original uploaded PDF — only the extracted values.
