PRIVACY POLICY

WHAT WE COLLECT

  • — Free protocol and training plan inputs — age, weight, biological sex, goal, race, schedule, and anything else you type in, including any health conditions, medications, or injuries you choose to list. These are sent to our AI provider to write your protocol or plan and are not stored in our database. The result is shown in your browser and is gone when you leave the page unless you save, print, or email it.
  • — Email address — only if you subscribe to the newsletter or ask us to email you your protocol, plan or calculator results.
  • — A browser cookie — records that you have used your one free protocol or free training plan. It contains no personal information.
  • — Affiliate link clicks — which product was clicked and on which page, so we know which recommendations are useful.
  • — Usage data — pages visited and general interaction patterns, collected via Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics (see Third-Party Services below).

WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT OR DO

  • — We do not offer accounts, subscriptions, lab report uploads, or genetic report uploads. Those features were retired on September 27, 2026.
  • — We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • — We do not use anything you enter for advertising.
  • — We do not use session-recording or screen-replay tools.

DATA FROM THE EARLIER VERSION OF THIS SITE

Before September 27, 2026, this site offered paid accounts, a Will Power Score assessment, and lab and genetic report uploads, and it stored generated protocols. Data stored under that earlier version was deleted from our live database on September 27, 2026. We keep periodic full-database backups for disaster recovery for a maximum of 30 days; a backup taken before that date may briefly still contain it until the backup ages out and is discarded. Backups are never restored to the live site or used for any other purpose. If you used the site before that date and want confirmation about anything you submitted, email us at the address below.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • — To write your free protocol or training plan via the Claude AI model (Anthropic)
  • — To email you your protocol, plan or calculator results, if you ask us to (via Resend). We send that one email and don't keep your results.
  • — To send you newsletter content if you subscribe (via Kit)
  • — To understand which pages and tools are useful

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

  • — Anthropic (Claude AI) — receives your protocol or training plan inputs to write the result. Subject to Anthropic's API privacy and data usage terms.
  • — Supabase — database for site content (blog posts, podcast episodes, product listings) and affiliate click counts. Hosted on AWS, encrypted at rest and in transit.
  • — Resend — delivers emails you request.
  • — Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics — usage and traffic analytics.
  • — Kit (kit.com) — email newsletter for subscribers. Beehiiv is used only as a backup signup list if Kit is unavailable.
  • — Amazon Associates and other affiliate programs — when you follow an affiliate link, that retailer's own privacy policy applies.
  • — Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.

The protocols and training plans generated by this site are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult your physician before beginning any new exercise, nutrition, or supplement regimen, particularly if you have existing health conditions or take medications. YOUR RIGHTS

Because protocol and training plan inputs are not stored, there is nothing of that kind to delete. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, use the link in any newsletter email. For any other request, email us.

California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we collect and to request deletion.

Washington residents have rights under the My Health My Data Act regarding consumer health data, including the right to withdraw consent and request deletion.

European residents have rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data.
